1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ck226" refers to the ck226 platform, its operators, owners, employees, agents, and affiliates collectively.
• "Platform" means the ck226 website accessible at https://ck226.io, including all pages, services, games, features, and tools available thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.3 Capacity

4 Account Registration

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the ck226 support team via live chat. ck226 may close or suspend an Account at its discretion if it determines that these Terms have been breached or that continued Account operation poses a risk management or compliance concern.

5 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ck226 will never request your password through any communication channel.

All activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you personally, and you accept full responsibility for such activity. In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ck226 immediately via live chat or email. ck226 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.

You agree to use a strong, unique password for your ck226 Account and to update it regularly. ck226 recommends enabling any two-factor authentication features available in your account dashboard.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck226 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 6.2 Deposit Processing

6.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into ck226 Accounts are held separately from ck226 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the normal course of business. ck226 does not pay interest on Account balances.

6.5 Currency

The functional currency of ck226 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet stakes are denominated in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Each such promotion will carry its own terms and time limitations and will be communicated through the Platform or by account notification.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ck226 Platform are supplied by independent, certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. • Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's Account or with ck226's systems and infrastructure.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform or its software.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck226 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of ck226 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of ck226. Any unauthorised use of ck226's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

11 Responsible Gaming

ck226 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. 13 Amendments to These Terms

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations) may be made without notice.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ck226 operates as a safe and reliable platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.

The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
